Guidelines for responsible use of Adaptrix services

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the permitted and prohibited uses of Adaptrix services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
As a user of Adaptrix services, you are responsible for:
Adaptrix services are designed for legitimate business intelligence and analytics purposes. Examples of acceptable uses include:
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Adaptrix services:
We take violations of this policy seriously and may take the following actions:
For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning and request corrective action.
For serious or repeated violations, we may suspend access to the service pending investigation.
For severe violations or illegal activities, we may immediately terminate your account and report to law enforcement if required.
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it using the following procedure:
Gather evidence including screenshots, timestamps, and relevant details about the suspected violation.
Email [email protected] with the subject "AUP Violation Report" including all documented evidence.
Our trust and safety team will investigate the report within 48 hours and take appropriate action.
We will notify you of the outcome where appropriate, subject to privacy and legal constraints.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we make material changes:
