A BI tool shows you a chart. Adaptrix tells you why it moved.
That one sentence is the whole reason we built this. For twenty years, analytics has been very good at showing you what happened — a line went up, a number went down, a KPI turned red — and almost useless at explaining why, or telling you what to do next. So the chart lands on a screen, and the real work still starts with a Slack message: "Can someone pull the data behind this?"
Adaptrix closes that gap. It's a decision engine, not a dashboarding tool. You ask a question the way you'd ask a colleague, and it reasons across your systems, explains which drivers moved the number, forecasts what happens next, and shows you the sources, the reasoning, and the math behind every answer.
Today we're opening Adaptrix for commercial onboarding.
Most teams don't lack dashboards. They drown in them. The problem is that a dashboard answers a question you already knew to ask, in a format someone hand-built weeks ago, and it stops exactly where the interesting part begins.
Adding another chart to that pile doesn't fix any of it. Explaining the chart does.
No query language, no dashboard hunting. You type the question — "Why did on-time delivery drop last month?" — and Adaptrix streams back the steps it takes: which sources it reads, how it joins them, and how it arrives at the answer. It's an auditable reasoning trace, not a black box. Every answer carries its SQL and its provenance, so you can see exactly where each figure came from.
When a metric moves, Adaptrix decomposes the change into signed driver contributions — SHAP-based explainable attribution — that add up to the delta. Instead of a vague correlation heatmap, you get an honest walk from the expected value to the actual one, driver by driver. Behind each driver, automated root-cause analysis ranks the branches by their share of the change, so the conversation starts at "what do we do about supplier B" rather than "who can pull the data."
Every projection ships with its uncertainty — a confidence band on the chart, not a single overconfident line. You see the range of outcomes before you commit budget to one of them, and forecasts re-run as new data syncs in. Anomaly detection watches your metrics for out-of-pattern movement and flags it while it's still a blip, with the drivers behind it already attached.
Connect your sources and Adaptrix discovers how they relate — which tables join, on which keys, across which systems — and builds a living semantic layer automatically. No weeks of manual data modelling. When a question spans CRM, warehouse, and files, the engine reasons over that map and cites the path it took to reach the answer.
Adaptrix doesn't stop at answering. It can carry out multi-step work — pull the data, run the analysis, assemble the report, schedule the follow-up — as one autonomous flow. And before an agent acts on your systems, it asks. Approvals are explicit, scoped, and recorded. That's automation you can supervise, not a leap of faith.
Adaptrix runs self-hosted open-weight models on its own sovereign EU infrastructure. Your data does not leave for a third-party AI provider — no sending your numbers to an external model vendor to get an answer back. Every question, source read, and answer is written to an immutable, hash-linked audit trail. It's GDPR-native and built for EU AI Act transparency. Role-based access controls who sees what.
SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on our roadmap; we'd rather tell you that plainly than claim a badge we haven't earned yet.
This launch is a starting point, not a finish line. On the roadmap: deeper agentic workflows, richer per-tenant learning from your own feedback, and expanded governance controls for regulated teams. We'll keep sharing what ships — and what doesn't yet — as honestly as we can.
The fastest way to understand a decision engine is to watch it answer a real question and show its work.
See a live demo and watch Adaptrix take a plain-language question all the way to an explained, cited, auditable answer.
